We Love The Fan District

This beautiful residential area of Richmond is home to the Virginia Center for Architecture, and there’s good reason for that. Almost all of the homes in The Fan were constructed during the first decades of the twentieth century. Because of this, the houses in the district represent several architectural styles, including Edwardian, Victorian, Italianate, and Colonial Revival.
